This lithograph is typical of Paddy’s images of country where the naming of place is central to expressing his knowledge The central billabong is Barrwii. Above it is another billabong called Ballunulla. Below is another billabong also called Barrwii though this one dries up. The water doesn't last all year. On the left of the central billabong is a rock. On the right is Wulajabi. This is the snake that travelled through this country in the Dreamtime.
