This etching depicts the figurative style used by the artist to relate stories about traditional culture. He calls them 'Waringarri People'. Waringarri means 'big mob' in local Aboriginal language - so this is a 'big mob' of people. The top of the picture has 2 lines of men, then 3 lines of women - the rest of the picture is men. The image shows one of the traditional dances of the Mirawoong people called "Joonbah" and “Wangaa”.
