Terms and Conditions of Sale
Northern Editions prices in Australian Dollars and include Australian GST. Full payment must be confirmed before goods are dispatched. A refund will be offered as per the Trade Practices Act 1974 if the item is damaged or not as described.
Payment Methods
Northern Editions accepts cash, efpos, account transfer, personal cheques and all major credit cards. Payment can be arranged via the telephone (+61 (0)8 8946 6325), email (northern.editions@cdu.edu.au) or fax (+61 (0)8 8946 6599).
GST Charges
Prints sales are subject to Australian GST, except for purchases to be sent directly overseas and prints sold on behalf of Warlayirti Artists in Balgo.
Overseas visitors are required to pay GST if purchasing prints within Australia; they may claim GST refunds at the port of exit on proof of purchase.
Freight, Insurance & Delivery
We can arrange postage, insurance and registration of artwork on the customer’s behalf at the customer’s request and expense. Northern Editions will take all care with packing and dispatch of prints by courier, postage and freight services. However, if the goods arrive damaged it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange an insurance claim with the appropriate carrier.
The average time for your order to be delivered is 4-6 days within Australia and about 2 weeks overseas. The price of freight and insurance depend on the price of the artwork, its size and insurance value; please feel free to contact us for a quote.
Certificate of provenance
Northern Editions guarantees all works are authentic with provenance assured. A certificate of provenance will be provided for each work. It certifies that the print is genuine and has been authorised by the artist or recognised authority/art centre.
